TRAINING

METHOD

Members can choose from personal training, bootcamps, and physical therapy to add variety and meet fitness preferences.

​

Our group training method encourages full-body training mixing strength and bouts of cardio for the full package. We know you are busy and don't want to spend hours in the gym and additional time planning your workouts. We take the thinking and guesswork from you as the Battle Fitness trainer motivates and instructs you.

I’m Austin, I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA. I got my certification in 2022 while in the military and started as a trainer here at Battle Fitness at the end of 2024. No matter what your fitness goals are I’ll be able to help!

I believe that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes, and start by determining where your start point is for your fitness journey to create a program tailored to you and your goals. Whether your goals are for a sport, weight loss, general day to day function, or anything else I’ll be able to help you achieve that. Outside of Battle, you can find me at various beaches and ski hills, or wandering around with my camera.

Hi, I’m Valerie — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with an additional certification in understanding weight loss medications.

I’ve spent the past eight years coaching men and women online to build strength, confidence, and balance, and I’m so excited to bring that passion in person to Battle Fitness.

 

As a mom of three, I get how busy life can be — my training style is bubbly, motivating, and straight to the point. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to level up, I’ll help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body.

When I’m not at Battle, you can find me cheering on my kids at sporting events, enjoying the outdoors or finding any excuse to dress up for a date night with my fiancé.

Hi, I’m Scott, a USBF Pro Bodybuilder and Operating Room Nurse with a passion for strength, discipline, and helping others reach their potential both inside and outside the gym.

​

I began weightlifting in high school, initially exploring powerlifting before dedicating myself to bodybuilding over the past three years. I earned my USBF Pro Card and continue to push myself in the sport. My training style is high intensity, focusing on moderate reps and taking sets to failure, typically in the 6–12 rep range. I follow a classic "bro split" style, training for hypertrophy while also building muscular endurance and strength.

I've been with Battle Fitness since the beginning, even training at the original location in Kingsley. The community and supportive environment are a huge part of what keeps me motivated and committed.
